Over here at Sound Station 108, we understand that returns happen. We’re here to help!
Returning products that have already shipped:
• Contact us within 48 hours of purchase to return the product in its original condition (unwashed, unaltered, no damage, no stains, tags intact)
• Pay shipping and handling, and we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount of product cost.
• Credit can be applied to any of our products, there’s no minimum purchase necessary, and it never expires!
• Please note: If we receive the product and it does not meet the criteria, we can’t issue store credit.
Bought something but changed your mind?
Cancel the order within 24 hours, and we’ll refund you if the product hasn’t shipped.
Oh no, your item is damaged!
• Send us photos of the damage
• Return the product to us and pay shipping and handling
• We’ll send you a replacement or give you store credit
